Karen is available for speaking engagements on topics such as women in policing, the future of law enforcement in America, how one concerned adult can save an “at-risk” youth, and adoption.

A few of the groups she has addressed include, The Novato Soroptimist Society, The Rotary Club, The San Mateo Jewish Community Center, and The International Association of Women Police Officers.

Karen enjoys engaging with audiences when she speaks at events, discussing topics ranging from, women in police work, current events involving the police, surviving a chaotic childhood, recovering from a difficult adolescence, depression, living with the mentally ill, how one caring adult can save an at-risk child, the joys, and challenges of adopting a child, and other topics.
